TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOTTERY 104 ON WEB

Lottery 103

Lottery 103 starts on 15th July 2024 at 7am and ends at 11.59pm Monday 7th October 2024.  The Lottery will be drawn at 2pm on Thursday 10th October 2024 at 36 Industrial Ave, Molendinar QLD 4214. All winning numbers will be published on our website: https://pcyclottery.org.au/lottery-results/ and on our facebook page.   NSW Permit: GOCAU/2321, ACT Permit: ACT R 24/00098.2, VIC Permit: 10216/24.  Promotor: Lumi Tan Level 2, 6B Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127.  A total of 1,200,000 tickets are available with a maximum of 53,000 available for sale in ACT. Tickets are validated once a successful payment has been processed. Ticket prices: 4 for $20; 10 for $30; 16 for $40; 20 for $50; 30 for $60; 40 for $80 and $2 each thereafter.

Lottery 104 starts on 16th September 2024 at 7am and ends at 11.59pm Monday 2nd  December 2024.  The Lottery will be drawn at 2pm on Thursday 5th December 2024 at 36 Industrial Ave, Molendinar QLD 4214. All winning numbers will be published on our website: https://pcyclottery.org.au/lottery-results/ and on our facebook page. NSW Permit: GOCAU/2321, ACT Permit: ACT R 24/00158, VIC Permit: 10331/24.  Promotor: Lumi Tan Level 2, 6B Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127.  A total of 1,200,000 tickets are available with a maximum of 53,000 available for sale in ACT. Lottery – general terms and conditions

Conducted by the PCYC NSW (in conjunction with Canberra PCYC, St Kilda PCYC, and Tasmanian Association of PCYC) under the provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (‘the Act’) and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991, CFN 11892.Services provided by Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty Ltd ABN 76 103 099 752, 36 Industrial Avenue Molendinar QLD 4214; Ph: 07 5630 6252;  Email: info@aspireconsulting.com.au; Website: www. aspireconsulting.com.au. Funds raised by Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty are directly deposited into PCYC bank account on a daily basis. Administrative costs are payable to Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty, in accordance with the Act, PCYC receive not less than 30% of the gross proceeds of an Lottery after prizes, postal, printing, fulfilment and administrative costs are paid.

Photographs and videos are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. In the event a prize is not available at the time of the draw, PCYC reserves the right to issue a replacement prize of similar type and value. All taxes and liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Raffle 103 Prizes  1st Prize is a Hyundai SANTA FE Hybrid 7S 1.6T AWD Auto RRP $63,203 + $10,000 Cash (Gold Bullion if winner resides in Victoria).

Raffle 104 Prize – 1st Prize is a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Cruiser AWD RRP $59,336 + $10,000 Cash (Gold Bullion if winner resides in Victoria).  

Motor vehicle prize conditions: Prices include GST and are based on recommended retail value that are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change. Any winner of a motor vehicle must receive the prize in Australia and must be collected by the prize winner within 42 days of the car being available. It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the dealership ex Sydney. Any delivery or transfer costs if required, will be at the winner’s expense.  There is currently wait times on all new vehicles in Australia and could be up to 12 months or longer.  Drive away price shown includes 12 months registration, 12 months compulsory third party insurance (CTP), a maximum dealer delivery charge, stamp duty and metallic paint (where applicable). 

 

Cash Prizes

 

Cash prizes will be transferred into the winner’s bank account.  If the winner is from the state of Victoria gold bullion will be issued in replacement of cash.

Unclaimed prizes in NSW

If a prize is unclaimed in NSW within 3 months of the draw date of a Lottery, PCYC will comply with section 15 of the Act and apply to the NSW Fair Trading detailing the steps taken to contact winners and deliver the prize and seek permission to sell the prize. After receiving written approval, PCYC will sell the prize and deposit the funds to PCYC.

Unclaimed prizes in ACT

If a prize is unclaimed in ACT within 3 months of the draw date of a Lottery, PCYC will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission in relation to a redraw.

Lottery 103:  Such redraw will occur at Aspire Non Profit Consulting’s office on Monday 17th February 2025 (being 4 months from the date of the draw) at 2pm.

Lottery 104: Such redraw will occur at Aspire Non Profit Consulting’s office on Thursday 10th April 2025 (being 4 months from the date of the draw) at 2pm.

 

Unclaimed prizes

PCYC will comply with the rules and regulations in other states and territories where a prize is unclaimed. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you would like to change or cancel your pledge before the Lottery is drawn, please call us on 1300 034 505. Refunds cannot be issued after a Lottery is drawn.

Terms and Conditions for Entry into the VIP Bonus Cash Draws

Promotor: Police Citizens Youth Clubs (ABN 89401152271) Level 2, 6B Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127.  ACT Trade Promotions permit ACT TP 23/01909. VIP Gold Club members who had a successful charge since the last draw will be entered into our monthly draw (no entry form is required).  Drawn on the 28th of each month at 12pm (if the 28th falls on a weekend or public holiday this date may differ to the previous business day or the next business day).  The draw will take place at Aspire Non Profit Consulting’s office, 36 Industrial Ave, Molendinar. One winner will be drawn to win $10,000 cash (Gold Bullion if the winner resides in Victoria).  Winners will be notified by telephone and by a formal letter either by email or mail.  Results will be published on our website: https://pcyclottery.org.au/lottery-results/ the day of the draw.  If a prize is unclaimed in ACT within 3 months of the draw date, PCYC will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission in relation to a redraw. Such redraw will occur 4 months after each draw at Aspire Non Profit Consulting’s office as per draw schedule below:
